Middle school activities are open to students in grades six through eight. Rising sixth graders can participate in summer activities. Rising ninth grades can move up to High School Youth Group.
Some of the activities offered for Middle Schoolers include:

- Ski Trip - On Super Bowl Sunday two buses of middle and high school students and chaperones head to Massanutten for a day of skiing.
- Middle School Dances - Three times per year a DJ comes for a dance open to all middle school students. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
- Diocesan Middle School Rally - A day-long event gathering middle school students for a ton of fun and a little church.
- Middle School Mission Week - Four days of service in our own backyard. We prepare goodies to take to our parishioners who are home- or nursing home-bound. We also plan, shop for, decorate and cook for a luncheon for about 150 of our senior adults with middle schoolers cooking, serving and cleaning up. We also have a little fun in the afternoons.
- Diocesan Youth Day at Busch Gardens - A fall Saturday enjoying Howl-O-Scream with Catholic kids from the Dioceses of Richmond and Arlington. Travel by bus early morning, enjoy rides, shows and fun, attend Mass, have dinner, get scared and ride the bus home.
- CARITAS Set up/Dinner - Middle school youth gather to set up the gym and assemble blankets for our CARITAS guests.
- Twice Monthly Youth Group - All middle school students are invited to come to Middle School Youth Group on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. On the third Wednesday, we gather with the High School Youth Group for a fun activity. Some of the Middle School Youth activities include Game Night, Bible study, and along with high schoolers, Reconciliation, Eucharistic Adoration, Holy Day Mass as well as the Christmas Tacky Light Tour.
