Loreto - Grades 1 - High School

Loreto 5th grade closing prayerLoreto is an alternative to our school year Sunday morning Religious Education program.  Loreto meets from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for two weeks.  It offers 30 hours of Religious instruction in the summer and requires participation in a minimum of five Catechetical Events throughout the following school year for students from 1st grade through High School.  It is a three year cyclical program focusing on Creed, Church History and Sacraments, and Scripture.

At the request of the catechists, no one-week home school option will be available for this program.  Students must be able to attend all classes for both weeks.  Priority placement is given first to the children of volunteers, then to registered parishioners who need to fulfill their Religious Education requirement.  Students who cannot be placed will be given the option of placement in the School Year program or provided with Home School material.
